Blimey that sounds like hard work when I done took abt 30mins to get the turbo off and not ling to put it back didn't remove anything havnt got a heat shield it keeps rattling
Where did you get your updated gasket from ? I made my own out of 3mm copper Regards steve 2015 2.2 tdci hardtop xs 3.2 conversion DONE 238bhp and 707nm torque and thats just the start ;-P hybrid turbo in build -done ready to fit ashcroft atb in transfer box 6 speed auto in build |

Steve it was going to be a 30 job until one of the studs broke off,so complete exhuast manifold had to come off to remove broken stud.A task do on a bench easily and quickly,but would have been a nightmare insitu.
