Dash feed to reverse TD5
Hi all, I've done a search but can't find the specific info I need so wonder if one of you guys may have the answer...

I am currently fitting a couple of Scenelites to the rear of my 110 with various switches to operate them. One switch will turn them on when reverse is selected. As such I need to splice into the live feed from the gearbox switch. Does anyone know if there is an easy place to access this feed near the dash?

The connection from the switch to the reversing light does not go anywhere near the dash, it runs from the gearbox over to the right hand chassis rail then down to the rear of the vehicle.

It's not hard to connect to the reverse light switch under the centre seat. However you need to be aware that it's an earth switch, so you'll need to connect the earths from your scene lights to the reverse switch.
