I’d have read that the steering arms are a git to get off , even with careful cutting with a grinder , it still took 2 hours to get off , that was rather a hot job indeed , but another job ticked off the list

A little update , the welding has begun and i’m outta gas and can’t get any till Monday , but fear not i’ve spun her around and sorted out the passenger side brakes , front wheel bearing and steering arm , talking of the steering arm , the pattern one I got does not go up as far as the original ? There’s around 4mm difference , I can smack it will a lump hammer , but it’s sounds like it’s fully home ? I’ll ask the mot garage to clout it if it passes , i’m Laying on the floor and they’ll have a ramp
