If its for a Defender just buy new ones. Paddocks have genuine AP ones for £160 a pair

Agreed, just buy new AP (OEM) ones and sell off your ropey old ones for someone else to refurb.
I did it last year, got about £60 for my old calipers. |

They aren't too difficult to recondition yourself to be honest. Depending I suppose if you need the vehicle as it probably takes an hour a caliper plus removal, fitting and bleeding
Unless you aren't happy doing it yourself in which case I would try a local motorfactor or the above mentioned and buy replacements.
