If it is like mine, there is play at every joint in the drive line. So no big play at one point but a little play everywhere making it feel like a lot off play. Roel

Evening John. That's moderately bad.
Right then mate. one more test; Pop that flange cap off, clean up the area underneath so you can see the splines of the flange and 1/2 shaft. Then repeat your test. You will have a much better idea of whether it is the shaft or the flange that is the problem. I suspect that it will be both the shaft and the flange with a little in the diff. This is something I know I have to replace on the 110, but have been dragging my heels... |
