Tow electrics ignition trigger
Finally got round to finishing wiring in the 13 pin electrics.

Is there an ignition trigger in the driver seat fuse box instead of running up to the dash, which means loads of carpet and soundproofing removal!

Thanks Mike

Yes absolutely on a 2.2

I've done just this to save faffing with the dash. I'll dig the colours out for you later.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Martin - Is there just for the 2.2? What about the 2.4?
I thought the 2.4 didn't if I remember rightly. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

No ignition sources in the under-seat fuse box on 2.4 as far as I know. The 2.2 does have some.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Thanks Martin, brilliant if you could, I looked at wiring it to the dash, just moving the carpet stopped me! Mike

These are the ignition sources in the seat box fuse box on a 2.2 Puma:

Mine's on the speedo transducer line (Fuse 11).

I suppose you could use a fuse-tap too Wink  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Are there any first position on the Ignition switch feeds from the under seat fuse box, I would like to find one if possible. NormanD WE191
