Never seen a half thatched house.

What was the reasoning behind this Clayton? Is it to make the front look good and save money on the tiles and slates at the back at some time in the past?

The next 2 pic's are of the main building and we are re-ridging and dressing all of the roof next year as it will be a special year for the club in 2023, it will be the 200th anniversary.
