A mate of mine has taken to feeding all his recycling through an old log chipper into his wheelie bin after similar experiences with his local services. Gets the bin that heavy it takes two men to shift it off the end of his drive. Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

Week I'm absolutely furious with the damage and state the tenants have left one of my properties after dodging rent I'm literally just sat here shaking and am not sure what to do as I have no idea where they have moved to. Ray

I have heard horror stories of houses being trashed and the tenants who carried out the wilful damage getting their deposit back
I know you must never tar with the same brush, but letting agents that friends have used have been, well, pretty useless except in taking their fee which they seem more than adequate in doing. A few years ago, I done some work on behalf of a landlord in a property where I knew the tenants. Both the tenants and landlord thought the other was just bloody awkward. Sadly it was just the agent who was ignoring calls and not communicating, but still taking the fee!!! |

This one I didn't because it was my nieces boyfriend and his mate then a few years ago why he and my niece split up he begged me to let him stay and stupidly I did. Again stupidly I've been very lenient with him over the years and now he's screwed me over the saying, no good turn goes unpunished is ringing in my ears at the moment. Regardless of good / bad tenants or landlords I think the worst of the two are actually agents.
Their sole interest is money for nothing, lots of it too, to practically do nothing. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ¥ó ®ó §ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó ´ó ¿ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡ªðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸â›½ï¸ðŸ›¢ï¸âš™ï¸ðŸ§°ðŸ’ª Last edited by custom90 on 13th Dec 2016 10:40am. Edited 1 time in total |

Train companies, train fares, train infrastructure, in fact anything to do with trains.
I don't use them, and never will and I'm fed up with listening to people on the news banging on about how expensive they are, how cramped they are, how late, blah blah blah....... Go and get a car/push bike/bus 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

People in London, walking along fixated on their phones, not looking where they are going and then getting their arse in their hands when you don't get out of their way......a holes. In fact London full stop, everything about it, the tube - a game of twister with smelly strangers, the cafés - a skinny mocha something with a twist of , what happened to normal coffee you weirdos, and why oh why does everyone stare at my red corduroy trousers, get over it....does anyone seriously think the world wants for grey men in grey suits??

Why is that the last bolt is always the one that causes problems? Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to us off. Richard |

Bread that lasts for a week.
Milk that lasts for a ten days. Why can't supermarkets close for more than one day at a time? |
