Oh sounds as though a Defender is not for you, perhaps a car/Disco would be better for you. It's the truck stance and associated truck characteristics that make a Defender so desirable to me. They are engaging and fun to drive unlike the detached driving experience you get in modern cars....I love listening to a crisp diesel working away  |

To be fair they are running a business, they would like to make a little bit of money on top of what they paid you for the car. The SVX is a special edition defender so are you going to buy it back? Did you try to negotiate on price?  '08 LR Defender 110

For £30k you can buy a very nice new 90 with all the bits on it, I know its not a SVX but with the right bits on it, it could be even better! and it will be new! Pete |

I sold my Puma 110 (2008) to a Indi L/R dealer in December and I still see it on the floor for sale. Seems like they don't sell so well second hand. He added 16% on the price he paid me
