I have 3 plastic tubes popping up near the back of the engine bay .. not checked the rear yet.. will post photo later

The bellhousing is the funnel or bell shaped bit at the engine end of the gearbox, wherein the clutch lives. Craig |

...I read somewhere, long before I bought my 110, that in the Puma there was no need do raise the breathers of the diffs and gearbox ... it was taken care off And when I bought the snorkel there was no breathers kit like my TD5 used to have ... I was told there was no need for it ... Is it ? I'm spending next week Friday at my local indie's workshop and we will re-route all breathers to the engine bay. Being retrenched has it's benefits it seems

I had Devon 4x4 fit axle and gearbox breathers when I had the snorkel fitted. The breathers run up the outside of the snorkel.
The major parts have to breathe somehow otherwise expanding oils will be forced past oil seals and potentially cause damage/leaks |
