Tyg had his first proper off road experience this weekend, he'd just about got his "Land Rover legs" by the end of the trial and seemed quite happy to sit in the passenger seat while I drove between sections, he also tried out the driver's seat.

This is Mina, our 11 week old Hungarian Vizsla. We can take it for a walk next weekend and hopefully start to use up some of the energy it has.

That last sentence says it all... Sadly after 10 months of grief from our beautiful but nutty Collie I took him back to the breeder yesterday. Even though I have had two other dogs before, the last being a Border Collie (but not pedigree, a working one) this last one has put me off dogs for life, he really put me through it, just wasn,t quite right mentally. So relieved to get rid of him, it was that bad... Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Shame to hear Chris, but if the dog is more of a burden than a pleasure to own, its only fair on the both of you. You know you've done the right thing, only hope you consider having another dog in the future. 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone

He was certifiable Ross! The breeder can see what I was banging on about for months now that they have had him for two days!!! It,s unbeleivable but I don,t feel any emotion just absolute releif of not having to manage his mind on an hourly basis! The breeder will evaluate him, try and sort him out and hopefully find him a new home away from traffic, planes, etc and with other dogs... Bet he will just go around in figure of eights what ever they do though
Nice mutt Ken |
