She'll still need to microchipped but not by the breeder, will do it myself as I chip for a rescue charity

Microchipping is good - its the new rules around the new system...like the breeder is always on the record to trace the dog, that you arent able to choose, that you cant get it done yourself etc etc that bothers me Mike
