Well its mad how time files so quickly! He has been with us a year just gone on sunday there! Flamboyant puff he really is! Doesn't like been told off and is a right old yackie thing too, when someone walks past! he nearly has the house up, on a Friday back shift! ( 1Am) when I get my pizza in. I think he is more of the guard dog rather than the show dog version. Bonnie dog mind, But he is really jealous of the cat, and goes for him, if he is getting fed! Christ! she's taller than me in a car seat!! I am sure I have encountered a hines 99, version. It was soft natured, it literally put both paws on my shoulders and looked me straight in the eye! Norman the owner of him at the time was him self laughin! I was sorting his sons computer out at the time. He said at least you are not scared of dogs. We picked up Moley on the Friday before lockdown.....and here she is settled happily under my desk in the office, keeping a respectable distance from Tarka the fox red (ginger, let's be honest) lab.
Click image to enlarge She hasn't been 100%, not eating and upset stomach, but she now appears to be heading the right way which is great. All normal dog rules appear to have gone out of the window, probably as a result of the fact she has been unwell and is tiny, and everyone is going a bit nuts in lock down. Honestly it's more like having a baby in the house. She's been doing a few retrieves, comes when you call her name, knows where the food is kept, has the natural dog attraction to the dishwasher (mechanical not human), and now cries when she wants to go out. Her favourite 'toy' is a pair of my son's boxer shorts that he split - no accounting for taste! |
