Currently awaiting delivery of: http://www.flatdoguk.com/led-interior-festoon-bulb~2516 to put in the front.

I have a mud one in the rear which is great for the space but I felt it would be a bit bright in the front and I wanted to try and maintain the standard look at the front. Keith

I went for these led replacement lamps. Great at first but after less than a month, individual LEDs started to fail (maybe 4 out of 10) and the remaining ones were only at half brightness. Got a replacement from the seller on eBay no problem, but after less than a week, it's going the same way.

I think you have a dud supplier or the supplier has dud stock or both! Put mine in over a year ago ..... no problems, whatsoever!

They look pretty good.

I'm looking to upgrade the interior candles, so might be a good mod. or just go for an LED bulb! Chris

You won't get nearly the effect just swapping to an LED bulb

True but anything would be better than the current bulb!

How easy is the MUD Stuff one to fit? Chris

Lol yes agree the current one sucks! Fitting the mud unit takes about 5 min. All the connectors are pre done so no tools needed besides screwdriver to remove old housing and screw on new! Front took me 5 min and back about 12 min because I dropped a bloody screw in the mess in the rear and took a bit to find Smile

Hi I got some Ring led bulbs from Halfords, made a big difference. They do stay on though, very dim all the time, as noted elsewhere. It's never been a problem or a distraction when driving in the dark.
Worth a try, and very easy to change. It just depends on how bright you want it to be?
