The std control is on off or fan ( no heat)
Then there is a timer control and then you can have remote control with the 7 day timer

I was hoping to have the heater fitted to my 110 but pipe the heat into the rooftent or lower annex. So would want to be able to turn it on from inside my sleeping bag. So I get up to a warm tent even in the depth of winter.
Need a bit more research I think. I had a D3 before my 110. I had purchased the Webasto oval remote unit and a small box of tricks that was designed to open electric gates with a sim card used within the control unit. I thought this could be paired with the heater unit so I could text it from bed. 110 D250 SE HT

Hi,

Does anybody know where to buy suitable electrical cable, I.e same Multi core cable as used by Eberspacher?

Cheers

Any Webasto gurus on here?
I have the oval Webasto control unit that I had intended to fit to my D3 to control the FBH. But if I fit an Airtop 2000 to my 110 can I use the oval control unit with it so I can text my heater to turn it on? 110 D250 SE HT

I think so. I know you use 1 of the unused cables on the FBH. It used to be a red wire that went into the loom and just terminated. It was there for a feature on V early D3's but discontinued on later models. On my D3 the wire was deleted.
Just hoping to be able to control the heater from my doss bag and not get cold trying to turn the heat on.

EDIT

It uses the D3 WBUS facility. Need to do a bit more research now. Might pop back to the D3 forum and see what the experts say over there 110 D250 SE HT

Why get cold trying to get warm. Any fool can rough it!! Thumbs Up

Living in a basha on the Plain when doing BATSIMs for my lat 4 yrs wasn't fun. I was far to old for that game. I like the better things in life now. And that means warmth when camping

Not even thought about that Les. Just trying to keep this project at a decent budget. And utilise the kit I have, ie the 1533 unit. 110 D250 SE HT
