Fitting VUB500890 kit questiond
Fitted most of the Longrange subject driving light kit to my 2003 TD5 today, however in step 49 of the IKEA like pictograph Land Rover instructions, you are supposed to tap into the back of the instrument pack with a blue/orange wire from the kit..... I think it might be from the relay live......
Only problem is that I do not have a blue/orange wire anywhere on the back of the instrument pack plug assembly.
Should I be tapping into the high beam/ main beam warning lamp wire......which according to the 2002+ TD5 wiring diagram, should be blue and white. Was there a change between early and late TD5?... The pictographs clearly show a TD5 dash.

Anyone have a wiring diagram of what each wire is supposed to connect to? These instructions are pretty hopeless when it comes to verifying the connections.

Thanks! That confirms things.....I was planning to tap into the Blue/white at C0233-1 if I wasn't able to sort out the colour disparity, so now I'll start splicing with confidence!
