Plastic vent replacement
Guys,

I've finally got my deafener back from the body shop but they managed to break the vent in the picture below. They say they can't source a replacement (FFS!).
We all know this isn't true but that's fine I will buy my own. LHD 90 in France.
LR quote approx £45.
Anybody know where I can get a proper fitting one (😉 ) a bit cheaper?
Cheers for any steers....

Now found a few online. If anybody has bought a particular one I would be interested on whether it fit well. Body shop broke off 4 of the five plastic 'pins' when removing it so LR original not exactly bullet proof.

Very common for the pins to snap off.
Like many others i have carefully drilled through the vent where the pins were and the fitted it back on with some self tappers.

I bort a stainless steel jobbie off ebay and painted it black (600 wet and dry and etch primer).
Also drilled out the holes a bit,to increase airflow.Previously bort a non-oem plastic grill which didn't fit at all and the holes were smaller,so went in the bin.

I replaced mine with a Britpart one (P/N BTR6188) for about £7 from ebay.

Fitted fine and hasn't fallen off yet! Couldn't tell the difference from the original other than it had all the pins.
