What year Puma have you ? There are two fuses you need to check, but they are in different locations for the 2.4 and 2.2.

It’s possible the connector to the rear is loose, or if there is a fuse in the rear of the unit that could be loose or the LR factory fuse box fuse. Is it aLR Genuine one or aftermarket? $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Probably missing the "aux" (key pos 1) supply which is a white/orange wire from fuse 44 (on a 2.4).
