Thanks Richard, had to put the precious ones undercover, the car is now in the driveway!
200 TDi compared to Puma, I'm actually really really impressed, much better than expected. Plenty of power, really does pull. Steering is vague, it's as noisy as just getting used to the gearbox and clutch but it's great. Oh I'm not saying these are negative things, just character!! Certainly, won't be adding soundproofing, this one is going to be a proper Defender
I do need names for them now though? Yes it will get quieter as your hearing degrades over time/mileage!!!
Yup all characteristics and it will enhance the feel and quality of your puma every time you get back into it! I meant to offer you a short drop plate (towing) I have kicking about somewhere. If its any use let me know and we can sort something out. You will also see the feet for a genuine full dog guard in the back. the guard is in the back of a shed somewhere, that might not surface till the spring (when I can face empting it), again if you would like it its yours. Finally fitted the new bumper I picked up at LRO Show 2016 It's had a couple of extra coats for CIO so hopefully, it will last better than the original. MOT of Thursday so I think I'll get them to wire it up
