I'd get onto Nene's Black Sunday page right now and buy a pair of those 4-spot Lazers. They're a bargain. pop them on top of the bumper like the Bowlers... Monsieur Le Grenadier

I bought the Lazers today and will fit them to this D44 winch bumper which has cutouts for those lights so might meet your needs?

DRLs should go out with headlamps on AFAIK I started with nothing and still have most of it left! |

I know what you mean but they did confirm for me today and also mentions the model on their site "This version features fixing holes ready to accept the Lazer ST-4 or RS-4 LED lights (sold separately)" |
