As the lovely Retro Puma soft top is off to its new home in sunny Ibiza it left me Defender less! Shame as didnt want to sell it really, but with a house deposit on the cards and being young it made sense to get a cheaper Defender I can have some fun with and use for work instead of a pure Toy.
Ive only ever owned land rovers and wondered if it was time for a change so went to see a lovely Hilux. It drove beautifully but lacked the charm. Anyway had this Defender on my watch list a while and was only a couple of hours away so went to have a look, long story short its perfect condition from a very nice dealer so its coming home Tuesday. Its covered in funny little stickers from Land Rover as is meant to be a prototype for the black edition td5's meaning its got full leather, cosmetic hoop, winter pack, electric windows and aircon so all the xs features. Ive got a few things planned for it and will keep the photos coming as work progresses but in the mean time heres a taster pic Click image to enlarge Defender puma dormobile camper |

Haha only bits ive allready got like a set of speaker lights and full LED wipac ones, still got the twisted 18's as well as the back to fit and a full length Front runner roof rack that was chucked in as a deal.
Luckily it wasnt crucial anyway just need to be able to justify it more than the last weekend toy! Nice to know theres less tied up in it as well so cant be moaned at as much Defender puma dormobile camper |

Cheers Guys The canopies nearly done now just a couple of bits to do when the cars back home to secure it then that will be off to the painters. Was thinking about getting the roof done black while its in but decided to keep it standard and just do the rear all white aswell.

I wouldn't mind having a copy of that template for rear speakers in double cab please. |

Lovely motor, I had a look at one with exactly the same spec before I bought my double cab but the seller was wanting top money for a car that was full of sheep sh*t and looked like it hadn't been washed since it left the factory!! 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon

Thanks Guys, those lights will be in soon Steve.
Wasnt sure about the white, but my parents have always had white cars and always found them easy to clean and touch up. Its growing on me although still think Keswick green is the best Defender puma dormobile camper |

Certainly is. Father of LRI leather people on here he was telling me.
They've been over it very well, done a few bits of paint along with all bushes, clutch and what looks like every bolt underneath. Very pleased with them and the rest of the stock looked very nice to when I had a walk around Defender puma dormobile camper |
