It is very safe area. There was only one drunk man, chasing after me to the minibus in Osh (Kyrgyzstan, I was walking from Kazakh consulate) repeatedly saying "I will kill you, I will kill you" and sticking his middle finger right in front of my face.
At our first bush camp in Kazakstan, just before the sunset, when we have set up our tents, start to drink a little, we have realised someone is riding in a hurry on a horse in our direction far away on the horizon. Steppe everywhere an eye can see and this guy coming obviously to us. It took a while till he arrives, in which we have shared different theories why he is coming. Now he comes and says: - Have you seen any horse around recently? - No. - I have lost one two days ago. And off he goes Janusz www.yahodeville.com |
