Mine lands at the dealers hopefully this Friday, and I'm going to have a look to see if I can put steps on it and also see if chequer plate sills can be fitted as they wrap underneath and I think the sill guards might come right to the top!
Might have to remove mine and keep them in the garage until the kids are tall enough to get in ! |

I have a friend in Melbourne looking to do the same, as if you are, like us, of "mature" years, some sort of step/side runner is pretty much necessary,...we find the O.E. steps perfect for access purposes.

I apologise for typing Gibberish and thank Yolo110 for translating it
The sad thing is it made perfect sense to me My only excuse is that i am recovering from surgery for a cerebral aneurism The downside is i have my adventure110 sitting in the driveway but am not allowed to drive it The only upside is if i look sideways with my right eye there are 2 of them |

Really wishing you a speedy and complete recovery - so that you can enjoy the new Landy. Yesterday visited the local dealership - by chance the 1'st 110 Adventure (orange) arrived - looks beautiful - and also that nice new car smell. Was ordered by a lady - unfortunately on the transporter to Windhoek - the windscreen was chipped by a stone and also a minor dent and paint defect in the same area. |

I'm also interested to a solution to install the side step, since I order mine with the protection plate.
So if anyone have done it or have a solution to it, feel free to share it. regards, arno |

We were told by our dealer that they side steps and the side guards are mutually exclusive. Therefore we opted for the sidesteps, tough call but they will be more practical for us really.

Yes it's the case I ask that question directly to the guy who install them during a tour of the manufacture during this summer.
But I'm sure their is a way to have both ! |
