Also are three runners along the load bed of a 110 HT standard? I've taken them out because they were really tatty and am replacing them with some cargo rail from Mud.

The 3 x rub strips are stock items. They were loose in my 110 when I bought it and rattled and bounced madly on the 200 mile journey home. I removed them, wirebrushed then repainted before riveting back in place for some blissful quietish Rolling Eyes

Thumbs Up
It's amazing how tatty these were after 3 years (when I bought it).
Two bits of cargo rail should be fine I think.
