Most of the Hofele stuff is brutal to look at. For me unless a modification look factory its best left behind...but thats just my take on it. My next change is the hannibal black rack, and then considering another change up front, remove the winch etc and go with the Zunsport grille with Lazer ST4's and then the bowler bumper. Andy

Totally agree, the Hofele stuff is an acquired taste!

As much as I like your existing front end, I agree the LS3 will suit a cleaner looking front end. Personally I prefer the Twisted DRL bumper over the Bowler bumper (but I'm obsessed with Twisted) just think it looks 'cleaner' not so 'busy' if that makes sense. But you need to be careful not to look too Twisted (or Bowler) as people might think they've done all YOUR hard work! Bow down

A factory standard in gloss black or colour match Corris to be a little different? Would look clean!

@mcma yes same feeling on 90% of the hoefele stuff. u need a special taste. a lot just kills the defenders identity.
the goal for me on the mirrors will be keeping it authentic in general and just upgrade it stylish with the blinker in a smart spot so it bleeds in naturally. the bottom corners could be an idea to integrate that. I saw that on some sprinter mirrors. just need to find a piece that fits the defender size...

You know me, I will have to have a think.... Sadly my dad lost his battle to cancer last week, the pass few months have been pretty intense, he got a real laugh from my work on the defender seeing it changing each week.! When the dust has settled I will return to business as usual. Andy
