The adventure grille replaces the entire front which I like, dead easy to fit, 10mins job.
Got the first set of recaros fitted, just love them! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Then got fitting the mobile storage rear guards which are internal, same style as the twisted so don't look too bad... Although my kit included 2 passenger side quarters so have to wait for the new one to arrive... Click image to enlarge Plan to squeeze in a good clean tomo and next week the second row will go in. Nothing exciting, just got the rear cubby sorted with the second lid and a mud rear pod, can keep the third row head phones handy.
Have some third row xs seats covers arriving which I will use the xs cloth material for a retrim to match the recaros, I am just reluctant to retrim the recaros as they are brand new. Also heading over to wildcat for a test drive and iron out the logistics for the ls3 install Click image to enlarge Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Andy 2014 Fuji 110 SW LS3 https://www.defender2.net/forum/post751233.html#751233 2014 Corris 110 SW http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic40056.html My old Xtech 90 build.. http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic15681.html LS3 V8 build... http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic49051.html |

Classy cubbybox lid you have there, Andy.
Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

My word....
I just read this entire thread from Page 1 onwards and have never in my life seen so much detail work done to a Defender, this will truly be the most sophisticated Defender ever. Hats off to your work, attention to detail and skills, I love the fact you fit something and then have to tear the car apart again for the next mod! And I thought mine looked nice! I agree with Stacey... Looks really nice! Did you not like the black wheel arches?

i don't mind them but with the black wheels, guards, and other black accessories I think it's better to have more of the Corris. Andy

Very diplomatic! Unfortunately my steeler had a black 90 in when buying, and knocked a few grand off rather than me having to wait for a new corris with black pack.... In hindsight a bit upsetting considering how good yours looks!
I think my business needs to buy a 3D printer and test print some switch surrounds for the cubby |

With the help from the guys at mobilecentre I now have the rear seat heating and rear electric window looms in place. I had to buy old disco 2 looms to get the purple 5way connectors but it makes for a better job. The battery box is currently chaos but I have held off with this until all the accessories are routed in. I have the blue sea fuse box and ignition module so I will make up a nice mdf plinth and organise it all.
Also using some VAG 12v sockets for the second row. Looking good. Are the 12v sockets mounting into the cubby box or alongside between the seat? 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone
