Unfortunately it's been proven again and again that although that link is correct in the majority of cases, the reality is that LR chopped and changed and the only sure way of checking is to remove the wheel and count splines

Press a chunk of clay into it and count by poking the splines.

Once you get to 38 stop if there are more cause it will be a 48 if you get to 38 and there's no more splines you have a 36

Count the ridges and valleys of the splines then divide by 2

count the ridges, then multiply by 4, then halve that number, and then halve again

Buy two steering wheels one 36 & one 48......one will fit!
