The lock nuts is in between the crossmember, its hard to put the lock nuts in there!

The bolts and nuts I bought from Yeun Long local hardware shop, they are freaking cheap! less then $HK20

no model number, you can measure from the crossmember to get the exact length you need, remember the bolt can not pass to the back side of the crossmember! so they dont need really long.

Looking at your picture, what is this thing in the utmost right lower corner of the crossmember, with the wire attached ?
May be some sort of parking sensor?
