Turbo pipe oil leak
Hi all, discovered a new smell on the way home today Crying or Very sad

Seems / looks like the metal pipe from the bottom of the turbo is leaking ,

Is this a common issue ?
Is there a simple fix ?

Kinda hoping ( or wishing ) it's a o ring or gasket between the two surfaces Confused

Small paper gasket.
Only two 10mm bolts, fiddly Censored to reach though Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.

You need 1x PNT100030 gasket. Easy job. Half hour tops.

Check the pipe as they can delaminate and starve the turbo.

All done today, simple enough although a bit tight if ya have stumpy digits perhaps,
What was interesting was apparently the original ones were a paper type gasket, now replaced with a metal one,
For the cost of £2.75 I used a genuine one

When I took mine apart I couldn't find any evidence of any gasket at all ?!
Scraped with a Stanley blade and everything, perhaps that's was why it was leaking :0)
