I think the poor quality of the iPhone camera dent do dark / light contrast to well. there is plenty of light in from of the car when on full beam.

Here is a few shots of the lights on the car. I went for the silver, rather than black. not for any reason. they do look a bit more original though. The speakers look odd to me on a defender, but that is just personal preference.

If you really want to see everything, the light bar is amazing. only comes on with full beam and a secondary switch.

Noldens in black have never been available in RHD/LHT UK spec and I do not expect them to be available for at least 6 months.

Clear chrome or dark chrome???

Very personal choice there, personally I prefer clear chrome as to me that is more in keeping with the original Defender look. Also we have them fitted to our white 90

I can see people liking the dark chrome ones in a dark coloured vehicle. I don't think a dark chrome one would work in a light coloured vehicle, however all that is down to personal taste.
