You don't need to find a camera that can take a sim. There are wifi routers that you can use with a 3G/4G USB stick to create a separate wifi network for the camera(s). I used to use one in my motorhome.

Was thinking of a MIFI modem but most CCTV systems don't seem to be WIFI enabled, they just have an Ethernet socket. 1990 Defender 300TDi

You need a 3G/4G router then, which will have an ethernet port:
Edimax 3G Portable Router 3G-6210n Huawei B593s-22 D-Link 4G LTE I used to have the Edimax one and was very good. Tony |
