had similar story recently when I made a decision on the cheapest supplier of an item and then look at the bill and they did not tell me plus vat a discussion followed

What's that yellow wire/tube running up the side of the cage? Is that an extended breather? One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS

I had a similar occurrence with TH Whites in Wootton Bassett with the fitting of my chequer plate some time ago. They misquoted! Fair play to 'em though they honoured the original quote and ended up fitting it at a loss. Needless to say they have received my custom since as a result! I thought legally companies have to abide by quotes even if it is they themselves that make a mistake once the work has been completed? I may be wrong though! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
