Had these sprayed. The key is in the prep, but its much better than powdercoating.

Two fine looking Land Rovers Wonder how much prep work it would take to get the wife to look that good. Probably need a panel beater on the team 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

You'll get a better gloss with the paint, as mentioned prep is important.
With the paint at least if you get damage you can re-spray. Be careful of runs though on an un-even surface, thin even coats would be best. |

I'd really like to get Boost Alloys done white. Can the tyre fitter fit the tyres without blemishing the paintwork?

Was just checking out the photos on this thread and the wife happened to spot the above post. Damnit, looks as though my account on this site was "hacked" and the above post was placed by some cyper hacker. Must tell Martin to up the security on this site. Well that's what I told the Mrs anyway. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel 1992 110 200tdi csw -Zikali 2008 110 2.4 tdci csw-Zulu 2011 110 2.4 tdci csw-Masai |

Yes tyres can be fitted without damaging the paint as long as it's a half-decent paint and not chocolate.. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
