Strength is even better.
No drilling of new holes. In some cases an existing hole needs to be drilled a bit bigger. WANTED: SII or SIII in max 1.5k |

The only thing I can think of is because you can't open the carrier from the inside, but that only applies to station wagons with seats in the back. Russell

Well 8 years+ with Safari Equip standard wheel carrier, modified for radio mounts 150,000 miles. With a lot of those miles on rough tracks. Zero problems.
OK powder coating has started to go but I can live with that, or take it off and get it recoated |

Had a look on your site - when are you going to have it translated in English! Which one do I select for black Powder Coat - and how long will it take to arrive - also I assume it comes with a mount for the wheel nuts etc... finally does it first preexisting fixing or does the rear cross member need rilling? Use Chrome and it will translate it for you although a little strangely at times! And as we can do most of the Nakatanenga stuff, they eventually end up on our website but only in English. It takes me enough time to do it in one language never mind in any other as well Barbara |

Cannot agree more with Matt. A very respectable seller like Nakatanenga with lots of out of Germany customers should have a English language tab on their website. Take the example of another German seller like Entreq, they have an English version, even if it is far from perfect. But we would not expect absolute perfection, but at least would expect that if you type "wheel carrier" into their search engine, you would get a result and a more or less decent translated description. Which is not the case now with Naka. I find it great that Leeds are offering some of the Naka and Entreq gear, but it would be nice to be able to canvass the entire Naka website in English. This would not have to be in any way negative to UK sponsors business I think. Hope someone at Nakatanenga reads this and gives it some thought. Eric You never actually own a Defender. No experience of the product, but the top two vehicles pictured in that link (at least) are illegal on UK roads as shown (missing or mismatched reflectors, and/or obscured light units). |

But that's solvable and a common issue with many swc's apparently.
The price seems quote fair, cheaper then most, so I wonder about the quality. Hence my question if anyone has experuence with the seller and/or their products. |

I had that one on my 110 which another Forum member now owns, it was nicely made and the hi lift jack mount was a lot stronger than the Honda civic I backed into Despite hating powder coating it was pretty good on that, did find it had a bit of play on the pivot that bolts to the door, but for the cost i'd get another As for the reflectors I had stick on ones and just bought another set and stuck both on upward instead of across so perfectly legal Defender puma dormobile camper |
