Italy 2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Keswick Green
Filler PLUG AND FUEL
Taken from the manual workshop Surprised (tanks dgardel)

The fuel filter is mounted on the rear right side panel, behind a flap access.
opened electrically via dashboard mounted switch that activates a solenoid release.

I am using a simple cover from defendoor.co.uk, it's cheap, efficient and reliable - Admittedly, I do not activate it from the dashboard Rolling with laughter yet it does the job...

Ordered mine, should arrive soon Smile

I think that OP is referring to is something similar to what the Disco2 had. You have to switch off the vehicle, then press the button for the filler to open.
