So for the installation of the cruise control it is necessary 3 "Y" connections 1. the throttle (provided by the kit seller) 2. The clutch switch (normally the installation need to "current steals" (that I hate, I do not know the correct translation) 3. The brake switch C0029L (the right switch, not the left), same as point 2. It's a mobile centre unit... I'm looking at making a small kit for people so they don't have to cut up their original loom... that way if you have any issues. The kit will be easily bypassed in case there is a fault...
If people are interested please pm me... The only issues are the connector for the brake switch and the rpm pick up from the dash loom...... Something like Delgardo has done would be the way forward.. If I make a kit it will consist of 1, Main loom T-Piece (which will fit between the ign barrel and loom) 2, Clutch Switch T-Piece 3, Brake Switch T-Piece I would probably make it to full military spec, So DR25 with potted connectors and heat shrink boots It doesn't matter how bad it is, It can always get worse... 2013 Bowler 110 (Sold) 2016 Bowler 90 Rally Spec (Sold) |
