Heh, heh. I'm not sure about looking better - they're not exactly on show after all - but they're done now so, barring any issues, they'll stay as they are now Darren

Good day all in all.
Postman delivered: Defender2.net t-shirts... LOVE IT! (Will be wearing it until I get forced to take it off). 2x Free Eastnor wrist bands. I also received a second hand front axle for rebuild. Stripped down The main part has gone to a friend for repair (Diff pan cracked) and reinforcing. This afternoon I got the RH station stripped, cleaned and rebuilt with new seals throughout, Black Diamond discs, EBC pads in Ap calipers rebuilt with S/S pistons and a KAM HD flange to top it all off. Click image to enlarge Eastnor tomorrow and then the LH station on Sunday (with a break for the F1). Hope to have the Ashcroft ATBs through on Tues/ Wed for full build and fit ... then just the rear to do Glyn Last edited by Glynparry25 on 23rd Aug 2013 8:36pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Hand painted smoothrite gold. so (From a distance if you squint) they look like the original zinc type stuff coating. Literally just come in from totally finishing them.. all assembled, bolts painted, new pads and new pins/springs fitted too. look really nice. Last edited by diesel_jim on 24th Aug 2013 7:43pm.
