Today I had a go at replacing the rear output seal on the transfer case. Removed the prop shaft OK.
Then had fun and games removing the cross head screw holding the drum on. I had to break out the impact driver as head was starting to round off using a normal screw driver. Removed the 30mm nut using the buzz gun. Replaced the seal but think the seal is too far in, so may have to do it again! Did a tip run and washed the Landy 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |
