I noticed a very small (hardly noticeable) bulge in one of the rear tyres. Everything drove as it should but a short while afterwards the Defender developed the most horrendous vibration. Changed the tyre over to the spare and I couldn't believe it when I took the offending tyre off, the whole tyre has a proper buckle in it (not noticeable while on the vehicle). It hasn't hit anything and nothings hit the tyre so I'm not sure what's caused it, must be something breaking down inside the carcass. I count myself as being very lucky this didn't let go.

Not today but yesterday I pulled out a dead tree. Note Chris this is what Defenders are really meant for to work.
Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Could have pulled it completely out but didn't have the room so did the rest by hand and cut it up today. I guess a winch would do the same job too. See these are the reasons Defenders deserve such a good following. Not many vehicles can do this kind of thing. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R 🇬🇧ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ¥ó ®ó §ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó ´ó ¿ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡ªðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸â›½ï¸ðŸ›¢ï¸âš™ï¸ðŸ§°ðŸ’ª |

Cut the silencer off today and nice piece of stainless straight through in its place . The box is heavy and takes up a lot of space underneeth and is propably very restrictive to the exhaust . Theres virtually no audable noise differance but runs much smoother . Cant wait till the mapping becomes available and can get that silly DPF cut off . Then i might have a proper sounding and driving defender again .
