What about blasting around the Czech Brno GP track with the full 2012 Land Rover Line-up?
Mixed with a handling course on slippery surface, a bit of instructional off road driving and a very nice and decent presentation of the brand and its models? LR Road Show day in Brno Very impressed with the presentation and approach of LR on this one , will post up a thread with pictures and video’s. Absolute great day and recommendation to everyone. :D Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Yesterday I drove it to the dealer, booked it in for a service next month, had a chat to the sales guy about the DC100 and got him to try and sort out their 90 Demonstrator for a day instead of a Freelander when mine's serviced. John

Both front mud flaps had split along the bottom edge of the brackets so fitted some new ones today. New brackets too, which are galvanised and powder coated, together with some nice shiney stainless steel nuts and bolts:

Low Range first going dead slow was countering a slight slope by turning towards it and the front wheel suddenly gripped and ran up the bank, he couldnt turn the wheel quickly enough and it literally toppled over in slow motion, fortunatly a friendly farmer with a tractor pulled it back on its wheels

Easily done. Surprising how dangerous a side slop can be it's mainly down to when the tyre's bite when there's extra grip found. Is there much damage? |

As T1G UP says, easily avoidable.... Whilst driving tractors on the farm as young as 12 I learnt that you NEVER turn towards the slope (always turn in the roll direction). Plus the track doesn't look lik it is on much if any camber- looks more like he went up the banking on the side. Glyn |
