Put in the 12v socket from the spare live wires behind the speaker and bought an inspection lamp for camping - not sure what the lamps are like and if they break easily but for only £5 It's worth a go!
Check out the resident ghost - it's on but not plugged in Been shown before but never harms - Its easy to do, take out the speaker, cut a hole and plug in the socket from the already present wires! Got the socket & lamp from here if anyone is interested http://www.cbsonline.co.uk/category/Electr...ets,b.html Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Heading to Church Stretton on Thursday for a week , very nice part of the country.
Don't think I will be riding a bike up there though , did you come down / go up the hill out of church stretton ? that hill is mental 2011 Defender XS 110 Station Wagon - Rejected 2008 Discovery 3 XS Auto (Gone) 1997 Discovery ES Auto 300TDI (Traded in on a flat bed) |

Never been that far maybe I will give it a miss , took a wrong turn out of the town once ended up going up that hill ( never been good at navigation ) , the guy in the passenger seat , not being able to see the sheer drop on my side , says can't you just do a 3 point turn. He wasn't so keen when the drop was on his side on the way down.

We rode up Carding Mill Valley (the one from the National Trust Centre at Church Stretton), back down the famous Minton Batch, back up Nut Batch and down the Jack Myton Way into Plowden. There are other great descents/ascents on the Mynd, but that's enough for a 4 day epic. Carding Mill Valley is a great descent, but can only really be done on a Summer's evening due to the amount of people If anyone is interested, here's some vids from last year of both Carding Mill and Minton Batch; http://xisleuk.pinkbike.com/channel/Long-Mynd-6th-July-2010/ Have fun there! It is a fantastic part of the world. Craig Rogers 2007 Puma 110 XS 2011 Evoque Coupe Dynamic Lux www.craigrogers.photography |

I was just going to say that those wiper blades look like they've just come out of the box and you beat me to it

sorry didn't mean to use all those emoticons. My six year old was sitting beside me while I was posting and said 'daddy how do I make the smiley faces come up ?' I showed her and she must have selected the lot before I hit the submit button

That's ok. Given the distinct lack of summer at the moment, the wipers are proving to be the most useful thing on the vehicle, so I'm very pleased with them
I also understand all about 6 year olds, as I have a pair of them Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

Gave it a bit of a scrub using some of this ... Found it in the garage and spurted it on some sheep that was properly stuck, left it for a couple of minutes and it came right off. Awesome stuff!

For what it's worth, I really like the Juke. How does it drive? Is build quality good? The Ford Kuga (for example) feels thoroughly cheap and full of low grade thin plastic.
