I've also fitted an EGR blank today from Alive, as usual with anything EGR related it was a pain in the backside.
Atleast I'm shot of the thing now. |

Fitted this rear door stay today (purchased from Brendan, Leeds) which should help in the loading/unloading of tools throughout the day. It actually opens the door and stays open as soon as the catch is released. I was forever getting my hands trapped between the door and body when loading up. I even got to the point of parking on the pavement so the motor was leaning the correct way to keep the door open! 1.5 hour job and that included swapping the door bolts for stainless ones (again supplied by Brendan)

Finally fitted the last two water shedders that should have been fitted by the bodyshop that replaced my stolen doors last year (easier to do it myself than get them to something else up and take 4 weeks to do it). Hopefully now I'll finally have a lot less water getting in!

Several things.....
1. Filled it up with BP Ultimate Diesel... Click image to enlarge 2. Tested the new car wash in town... Click image to enlarge 3. Stowed the Wolf wheels with the Nokians in the rear, ready for the dealer to install next saturday during their winter wheels open door day when we also can test drive the various LR/RR models there, and have some raclette and nice white whine... Click image to enlarge After 6 winters (an estimated total 25.000km), still having 80% of thread on the Nokians is not bad... Click image to enlarge You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |
