I put a straight through on my TD5 recently. Mainly because I smashed the centre box on a large rock while off-roading in Bala forest. The centre box hangs down a bit much for my liking. I was worried the straight through would be too loud, but honestly I don't notice much more noise. I don't think it's made much difference to the performance (better or worse), but feel happier I won't wreck my exhaust system again. I think it cost me about £70, but also had to change the rest of the system as it was bent to after I hit the centre box on that rock.. Cheers Simon |

Took the courtesy clio back to the dealership as my defenders warranty work was done, nearly stalled it pulling away after 2 days driving with a car with a nasty light clutch! 2 mins and was used to it again though, enjoyed a nice drive home with the soft top rolled up in the sun Defender puma dormobile camper

I got a Freelander 1 on Monday when I took mine in for job I didn't fancy myself. It wasn't terrible, but my son and some people at work found it strangely amusing...... |

Yesterday
Removed the anderson connector under the passenger seat which the previous owner had installed as I have no anderson connector. Retuned the CB ready for some greenlanes this summer. Started painting the winch ready for re-assembly and fitment to the defender on insurance renewal... And today I'm going to clean off all of the old sealant ready for a complete leak busting attemping Defender 90 XS TD5 (03 Reg) |

Mine got backed into yesterday luckily onto the front bumper. Managed to t cut the paint marks off, couple of scrapes in the galvanizing but nothing really other than a sharper corner, which ill just put my end caps on again to cover.
