I have HeatShot installed, as well as the P405 wiper arm washers. The setup clears everything from the screen and puts the washer fluid exactly where it needs to be, using less of it, especially in Winter.
I know mine looks a bit "Heath Robinson" (of whom I an avid fan, as well as Tom Lehrer and Gerard Hoffnung), but so is the whole vehicle. The advantage is that in an emergency I can just pull it off at the front and clip the original nozzles back on. Oh, and I took it through the car wash yesterday (terrifying experience) and everything remained intact Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

hi Mark
here's a link to the pdf so my plan was to use the temperature activated switch powered by an ignition feed (VSR off the aux battery that runs the breather heater) cheers steve http://www.e30zone.net/e30zonewiki/images/...r_jets.PDF |

Aha! One of my worse "windscreen" experiences is when I broke the wiper on my A2 at the airport (didn't bother to clear snow first ). Drove 80 km back along the motorway with sleet and slush from lorries etc. and somehow it stayed clear enough to drive...just. The wiper is still dodgy, so I will keep a few spuds in the boot, just in case sorry Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
