I cannot ever remember a Sump recall being done or requested.

Is there a way of checking at all?

The modified sump basically has a big 'dent' pressed into it above the diff. I think the really early Puma's just had the Transit sump pan without the dent.

The "dent" in the modified sump is in the side the give clearance for the propshaft under full articulation.
