Managed to get a couple of bits painted up so when the weather is a bit warmer and nicer I can get them fitted and it should look tidier
Sorry for the rubbish pic. Click image to enlarge Ray |

All the bits for a big job finally collected so should be going on in a couple of weeks started with the crank pully starting to go but ended up deciding to do everything while the front was off so it's getting pully, new pully bolt, aux belt, crank seal, both idlers, tensioner, water pump, power steering pump, radiator, intercooler and the silicone hoses that have finally turned up correct after 6 weeks also in the pics to do are the rear anti roll bar, new sills and the rest of the stainless bolt kit! So a busy time ahead but hopefully everything should be running great when it's finished :
I'm hoping britpart can't mess up a radiator as everything else is oem. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Thanks for looking Ray |

New springs have arrived -2.5 rear and -1.5 front by extreme. Another ebay bargain having only been used for around 100 miles before the chap sold his 110 so I got them at 1/4 of the original price I just need some spare time and good weather to put all these bits on

Not sure, what's the difference in wall hight? I think I'm going for the 18" sawtooths that lri solutions do next year when I've recovered from the expense of all these new bits so I need to check out what tyre sizes are best for a bigger wheel.

255s have 33inch diameter so about an inch more than 265s
i would like to lower mine to make easier access for dogs and swmbo, but put 255s on to lift diffs a little. My 109 thread my youtube channel |

I've got 235's on mine and it had 4 1/4 inch gap from tyre to arch at the front and 5 1/2 gap at the back and although I've not driven it to settle the springs yet it sits level at 3 1/2 inch gap all round now. My old springs had done 110000 miles though so we're more than likely sagging a fair bit anyway.
Fronts old and new Click image to enlarge And all done, just need to test drive it now Click image to enlarge A bit of adjustment on the garage door and it should fit in Ray |

Looking good Ray. What shocks are you using? My back end is up and down like a yo yo and I can't decide between oem oil or after market gas. 2002 110 td5

To be honest I'm not sure my garage put them on all round a year or so ago as the old ones were shot. I was going to put some bilstein on when I was fitting the springs because they get good reviews but with these being so new and in perfect working order I decided against changing.
