United Kingdom 2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Cairns Blue
The rubber tube is tube is standard 3/8" tube - should be able to pick it up at any auto factors, only a few pence per metre. If it's perished at the breather end it's probably also perished where it joins the tank so best to replace the whole lot. Connect the new tube to the plastci breather pipe and as others have said stick it up behind the plastic cover out of the way.
