My 08 110 suffered the same problem. I bought a new fuel pipe and asked a couple of local garages if they could fit it - as it did involve dropping fuel tank.
One quoted £105 and the other quoted £35. It was well worth spending the £35! 2.4 110 XS |

Mine was replaced under warranty - they did remove the tank to do it. Rich
