sound like you need a new EGR --

Does the fault code reader differentiate between tested and untested dtc's? If there is no obvious degradation in engine/fuel performance, or any strange sounds emanating from the EGR on shut down, I would say the codes you have listed are normal untested dtc's which will clear themselves after 40 ignition cycles, unless they reoccur within the 40 ignition cycles, but as they are untested this is not an issue. I would only be concerned if the MIL was illuminated or the fuel use had increased significantly. Some DTC's taken from my Puma over the last 2 years:
NANOCOM - PUMAENG.APP - PUMA ENGINE fault file 0404 - 72 Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control circuit range/performance --- 0404 - 73 Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control circuit range/performance --- actuator stuck closed 0299 - 00 Turbocharger A under boost condition --- 0100 - 29 Mass or volume air flow A circuit signal invalid --- 1103 - 00 Mass air flow (MAF) sensor in range but higher than expected --- 1402 - 17 Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control valve metering orifice restricted circuit voltage above threshold --- 0234 - 00 Turbocharger A over boost condition As you can see above I have had at some point or other the same codes you have listed and my Puma still runs like a little sweetie with them. Below is an explanation of DTC's I did in another post:

Thanks Brian,
I do not have any change of fuel or strange noise |
