There are 8 or so different engine looms for Td5 and at least 3 different ones for the chassis for a standard 110 (not the HiCap).

I ended up just using the fuel pump wires, and the original rear loom - thank god I hadn't pulled it out 1996 Defender 130 converted to TD5 and auto 1975 Triumph Stag 3.0 V8 |

Hmmm..... I thought that the rear lighting plugs and the fuel pump plugs were all the same across the years.
The couple of Td5s i've built have all matched up, and i've used mix & match of bulkhead and chassis looms. Unless I was just very lucky? |

You were very lucky. I bought a TD5 bulkhead loom and TD5 chassis loom. One of the three plugs was completely different and from what I remember one of the "matching" plugs had a couple of different wires. Fortunately the mismatched plug was the same as a wing loom plug so I cut the plug off a wing loom and modified the chassis loom to fit the bulkhead loom. Would have been a much easier job had I not already run the chassis loom and bulkhead loom into the vehicle before I realised there was a problem. |
